I have the pleasure of presenting Beyond Fight-or-Flight: Practical Skills for High Stress Situations today at the 2023 ACR Annual conference. I have been refining and honing this work for over two decades and first presented on it at the 2005 ACR conference in Minneapolis. It’s been a true labour of love to help Conflict Resolvers become more effective by helping them learn how to regulate their nervous system so they can better serve their clients.
